SPEED TRAINING
Acceleration North now has a location in Lino Lakes. Our company 
specializes in speed and strength development in athletes of all 
ages. Teaching proper sprint mechanics on inclined treadmills 
at a young age builds muscle memory and good athletic habits. 
Our program will help your athlete become a faster runner and a 
better overall athlete. 
What will a training session consist of?
30 minutes of incline sprint mechanics and incline power training
30 minutes of AGE SPECIFIC ground based agility, speed, and strength
How does our INCLINE treadmill work? 
Athletes are taught how to sprint correctly and fast on an incline of 5 – 40 
degrees with a trainer watching and teaching them individually. The athlete
is looking into a mirror while sprinting so they can correct imperfections of
running style. We teach proper foot strike, knee drive, chest position, and
arm swing to each individual. 
How does our ground based agility
and strength training work? 
Our trainers take athletes through specific athletic movements and
coordination skills. We use agility ladders to teach coordination and agility
drills to work on acceleration. We compliment the agility with functional

Monday 6-7 p.m.

Friday 5-6 p.m.
Friday 6-7 p.m.

Cost:
6 Hours of Acceleration Training: $95 (a $175 value)
